Site 'Takeover':

This option is for customers that already have a site up and running, but would like to add some new functionality. Prices are based on initial consultation.

• We do not add VAT to our prices.
• Additional design or functionality not specified during initial consultation will be charged at £50 an hour. (10 hours of additional design with 'Advanced' product and 2 hours of additional design with the 'standard' product is included in the price.  Any additional requirements must be requested within 31 days of the delivery date to be applicable for this offer.)
• All jobs require a minimum 25% non-refundable deposit before any work is undertaken.  If you choose not to purchase the final product, we will not supply any code.  Projects not hosted on our server during development require a 100% non-refundable deposit.
• traherne.co.uk can take care of renewing your domain when it is due for a small admin charge.  If you want to take care of your own domain renewal, we will transfer any domain to another UKReg account for free. 
• You will not be supplied with an administrator's user name and password to your site, any ftp/database/domain user-names and passwords or any code until final payment has been received, however you will be able to view the current status of your site during production.

• traherne.co.uk may purchase stock photos as part of the design of your project, any images purchased remain the property of traherne.co.uk - however full resolution copies may be supplied upon request.
